Fixed two bugs, one with setting wrong document titles when creating new documents, and a NullPointerException due to the fact, that CRUD overwrites the MetadataContainerType-object inside the Holder.

Fixed a problem where tomcat did not return the POST content of a request if a parameter was accessed before the InputStreamReader was initialized.
