Refactored TBLE Metadata import according to DRY principle

Now the page asynchronously requests metadata and inserts the metadata into the page header

Needed to suppress xml output escaping in order to generate valid urls

Fixed a bug resulting from a typo

Now constructing document url according to the requirements of Göttingen. Also added mock up do emulate that same environment here.
