#28 Problems with mono install on Windows (as admin)

When installing XML-Print as administrator, the mono installation is somehow different from the one as normal user. Windows complains about an installed mono when trying to install XML-Print again. This might result from a missing manifest file for the mono installer.

The issue has been noticed on a Windows 7 machine. An elegant fix might be a mono version check on windows as well. This way redundant mono installations can be generally avoided.
