#2 Fix for issue where attributes with forward slash

I experienced problems trying to read attributes which have forward slashes in them. It turns out this is a problem from using read_xml_scalar.inc for subroutine read_xml_word(). On line 30 of read_xml_scalar.inc, a READ statement is given with FMT=*. However, when reading a character variable, Fortran interprets the forward slash as "move to next line" and therefore the forward slash and any data after it is lost. My fix is to have a separate file read_xml_word.inc where the read statement now has the format as '(A)'.
