#5 Ability to change tabs by pressing ALT plus a number

This is a replication of bug [ 1535658 ] Ability to
change tabs by pressing ALT plus a number.

Environment: Windows XP Professional SP2
Program version: 1.0.6.6

Enhancement Idea:

I've seen a really neat idea in some tabbed programs
(Gaim, PSPad): the ability to change tabs by pressing
ALT plus a number.

For example, if I had 3 tabs open and currently shown
was tab #2, I could navigate to tab #3 by pressing ALT+3.

With this enhancement idea also comes another related
enhancement: displaying the number on the tab. For
example, each tab would display "1. myfile.xml". Adding
this (along with the option to turn off showing the
number, since in some cases it take up extra space)
would compliment the above nicely.
