Hi Gerald,

xmlcopyeditor provides support for P5 TEI documents, but how about adding also support for P4 and TEI Lite (P4) in next release?

Thanks for your help,

Pablo

Thanks Pablo: the TEI P4 DTD is included as of 1.0.8.6. I'm very happy to add others (e.g. TEI lite for P4/P5), but I can't seem to get the DTDs to work out of the box. Marcus Bingenheimer kindly sent me the P4 and P5 DTDs that are part of the standard download, but I don't have any for TEI Lite. If you have them on your HD, please pass them to me and I will add them for 1.0.8.7.

PS On Linux this makes no difference as libxml uses the standard system-wide catalog and DTDs. (The only exceptions are rss and xsl, which are applied on the basis of the file extension, not a doctype declaration.)
PPS In the meantime, on Windows, you could simply add the DTDs to the folder <C:\Program Files\XML Copy Editor\dtd\> and add the relevant entries to the catalog <C:\Program Files\XML Copy Editor\catalog\catalog>.

Sorry for not having answered before, Gerald.

I0m afraid that I don't have other DTDs than the one here: http://www.tei-c.org/Lite/DTD/teixlite.dtd (for TEI Lite P4). But I'm an XML newbie and probably it doesn't work, does it?

    Thanks for your help,

    Pablo
