#23 Tooltip over incorrect XML

Environment: Windows XP Professional SP2
Program version: 1.0.8.4

The Idea:

When I see some text underlined in red in my XML document, I know that it is incorrect. However, it would be very helpful if a tooltip is displayed the error as well, since I can close the message box while the program still underlines the mistake. I could always revalidate to get the error again, but having a tooltip would be a nice touch. Eclipse does a similar thing.
