Here is a translation of the interface in Khmer (previously sent to Gerald). I hope you can incorporate it in a new release of XMLCE. The translation was done by Khoem Sokhem in March.
You don't need to include the "Khmer language team," which appears in the .po file as though it were required. But I think it's just an example field. Khoem was the heavy lifter on this; I did only simple translations.
