Pretty-print while encoding is windows-1252

Hi,

why is it not possible to use "Pretty-print" on a file with the encoding "windows-1252".

In a former version (I think up to 1.0.6.9, but not shure) I could use "Pretty-print" for these files also.

  My apologies, there's no need to send file or declaration. This is fixed in the source and will be ok as of release 1.0.7.4 (forthcoming).
