Sorry about the delay: I'm very happy to add these to the default filters. It's something I've got to add in the source. This is easy to do, so please give me a shout if I don't remember to do it for the next release (I'll try).
Best,
Gerald

I don't imagine many other people will be creating .fb2 files (that's for ebooks in FictionBook 2 format), so you may not want to clutter up the default list of filters with that. :-)
One of the useful things about TextPad is that it lets you define your own document classes, assigning each one its own independent syntax coloring, font, encoding when saving, font for display and what extensions apply.
So I have document classes for .xml, .xsl, .xtm and .htm/html. But I also have a "most" class that includes all of those extensions as well as some others and filters out everything except the extensions I work with (like pdf). It is really very handy to have this option midway between showing all files no matter the extension and files of only one extension.

When I open a file, I'm presented with various types of extension filters.
I'd like to see .xtm, .xtmm and .tmx files in one group
And some other extensions, say .fb2, for other work.
How would I go about adding these?
Thanks,
Roger
