I have the following document ...

After I give to validate xpath ...

This is the result showing ![xpath] (http://img255.imageshack.us/img255/5469/captura1hl.png)
The correct result should be this:
![xpath] (http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/3202/captura4e.png)
This is happening to us in Windows XP .. Seven ... However on linux (ubuntu) the result is correct, as I show in the screenshot above).
Anyone know why and how to fix it ..

XPath evaluation seems really unreliable, both under Windows and Linux. I myself found a number of problematic cases. See for example https://sourceforge.net/p/xml-copy-editor/bugs/196/
It should be fixed in version 1.2.0.11 when [bugs:#198] was fixed.
