I am writing the following because when saving, the program seems not to be case sensitive, the same letter being considered correct, but that harms my work, please can you rectify it.

The file names are case insensitive on Windows OS. You can verify that by renaming two files to two names that only differs in upper/lower cases. The Windows OS will refuse to do that and report an error.
