#235 Unable to open file when file or foldername starts with $ sign

When a file of one of the folder names in the path of the file start with a $-sign, the file cannot be opened.

Example:

• official filename: D:\Temp\$OGZACSS.tmp\file.xml
• error: Cannot open D:\Temp$OGZACSS.tmp\file.xml.

Notice the slash in front of the $ is gone in the error message!
