#229 Open File by Doubleclick: Wrong Tab activated when Tab already existing

When opening a File in XML Copy Editor by doubleclicking it in Windows Explorer:
If the following Options are set:
[x] single Instance App
[x] save open tabs when closing
When the to-be-opened File is already opened (a tab with it exists) but not the active Tab, then:
- The Tab of the to-be-opened File gets moved to the right but not active if the App was already open
- The Tab stays where it was but does not get activated when the App is launched with the to-be-opened File
The preferred behaviour would be:
- The existing Tab should always be activated
- The existing Tab should not be moved to the right
