#212 XSLT insert elements

This is a great program, I have used for quite awhile. I was excited to try the latest 64-bit 1.2.1.2. But when editing XSLT files, the insert element pane is not populated like it used to be. And the drop-down autocomplete feature no longer works on newly created XSLT files.

Attached:
1 - version 1.2.0.7-2 - newly created XSLT file - note the Insert Element pane is populated.
2 - version 1.2.1.2 (64bit) - newly created XSLT file - note the empty Insert Element pane.
3 - version 1.2.0.7-2 - typing an open bracket produces the drop-down.
4 - version 1.2.1.2 (64bit) - no drop-down appears.

I must say that you're also making XML Copy Editor better. Without your report, I doubt that I would notice the problem.
