#124 Put up .debs, or link to them, from the website

getdeb.net provides both 32bit and 64bit .debs for xml copy editor here: http://www.getdeb.net/app/XML+Copy+Editor

It would be really nice if you could link to them, as a .deb is a lot easier to isntall and use than a .tar.gz. Thanks!
