[Xmi2code-develop] Time for a new release?

Hi! I've made some changes to xmi2code, added some new features and I
think maybe it's good time to make a release, before starting to mess
with the associations (maybe a beta release, since it doesn't have a
full testing).

The new features are:
* New PHP PEAR Generator.
* New general option: indent.
* New general option: files-case.
* New PHP PEAR Generator option: php.pear.use-package-in-classnames.
* New Umbrello handler feature. Adding x2c:noclass to the Class
  documentation marks the class as a function container (abstract
  workarround in php generator is replaced by this more general
  solution). This is actually implemented only in PHP and PHP PEAR
  Generators.
