#111 Please provide some developer documentation

Firstly, thank you for providing XMeeting.
Regrettably though the barrier to developer contribution is much too high - we could all figure out the dependencies for example by build trial and error or trolling through source, but I barely have time for my paid work let alone open source.
It would dramatically improve participation if you could provide:
Building instructions whereby a developer can go from zero to at least getting a clean build with a source tarball, and if possible from the svn HEAD.
Specification of exactly which versions of dependencies are required - I am unable to get a build using ANY released versions of Opal and PTLib - saying "latest svn revision" is not adequate as this is obviously a moving target and XMeeting will not compile against svn HEAD of Opal and PTLib anyway.
From my point of view the build instructions are iteration zero artifacts.
Thanks again, and please take a little time out to add these fairly low cost documents so I can help.
