#2 The reels must stop sequential in the time of 0,2 second

So if the user push the spin button all reels spin and after
1 sec(after the player pushed the spin-button) the first reel stops.
the second rell will stop 0,2 seconds after the first reel.(and for clearness after 1.2 the player pushed the spin-button).
the third rell will stop 0,2 seconds after the second reel.(and for clearness after 1.4 the player pushed the spin-button).
the fourth rell will stop 0,2 seconds after the third reel.(and for clearness after 1.6 the player pushed the spin-button).
the fivth rell will stop 0,2 seconds after the fourth reel.(and for clearness after 1.8 the player pushed the spin-button).
Note:
When the player pushes the spin button it will be deactivated till all reels have stopped.
After the reels have stopped the spin button will be activated again for the next game.
