When I run a 1 way anova, most of the time I do not have the Posthoc/multiple comparisons tab available (it is greyed out).  I can't figure out what is causing this.  I have checked the obvious things (e.g. my column counts are equal for group names and data, I have no missing or weird data).  Any ideas?

    Hi,

the Toolbox will not allow you to perform posthoc tests if there is not a significant difference in the ANOVA, i.e. if p > 0.05.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel
