The new release will have many many bug fixes and address all issues posted on this site.
One other issue: the extended format class was severely broken, and not compliant with the MS architecture. Specifically, if you add one change to a cell, it should only change that item (or the "class" of that item), not override everything. This will be fixed so that cell styles properly override the base cell style.
Also, the default font will be Verdana per newer Excel versions. If this is going to present a problem to anyone, post a bug on this and I'll make it a run time option.
