#6 Options: require space after option

Currently, since we process -ofoo as passing argument foo to option o, we can't have any option that begins with o, e.g. -opaque. This is annoying for Tao3D. The use case is infrequent enough in XLR that we can instead require options to be separated from their arguments on the command line.
