XLoad is a tool to simulate client load on a system. The load is created by pipelines consisting of 1 or more event generators and 1 or more activities. The result of each activity is sent to a status collector. The event generators, activities, and status collector are interconnected by synchronized queues. All of this is coordinated by a scheduler controlled by a schedule file.
