I am trying to figure out how to connect XLLoop to an existing C++ library. The documentation says that C++ is supported "via XLLServer (included in download)",but I could not find it in the latest downloadable version (xlloop-0.3.2.zip).
Is there an example of how one can expose a C++ function via XLLoop server?
The C++ support is only for existing XLLs. So if you have an existing C++/C XLL you can host it out of process.
The download should include XLLServer.exe/.ini. If you run this (you need java installed) it will attempt to load any XLLs it finds in that directory and expose their functions.
For more general C++ support I would suggest using the Java server implementation (included in the download) and then using JNA to invoke your C++ functions.
Ok, I'll try XLLServer, thanks!
