At the end, you just turn the computer off, and while it is booting, remove the disk or, at the XLinux boot menu, select "Boot from Hard Disk". However, if you want to INSTALL XLinux, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Lizard Menu".
2. Search "Installer" in the top box
3. Click "Live Installer". 
4. You will see a Window. This is the installer. 
5. Follow the instructions; your Hard Disk (where you want to install to) is most likely /dev/hda or /dev/sda.
