#606 Cannot save settings or manage profiles

I'm unable to save settings or Manage Profile. Both functions are greyed out. I have tried deleting and installing XLD. I have also tried deleting the "jp.tmkk.XLD.plist" and allowing XLD to create a new plist and it still doesn't work. How can I fix this?

I'm seeing the same thing, and settings don't persist at all.

Saw this error after telling it not to check for updates automatically:
