#600 Allow extracting HTOA as separate track

XLD is great! Thanks so much for the software!

This is a request to add a feature to allow extracting hidden pre-gap audio (HTOA) as it's own track (track "0"). I think the only way to extract the pre-gap hidden audio track now is to include it as part of track one? But it'd be nice to be able to separate the track data into its own encoded track 0. Right now I have to cdparanoia 0-0 to get the HTOA as its own track in addition to using XLD. Thanks again!
