#567 Latest update won't open on Mac OSX 12.5.1

I downloaded the latest update of XLD and now when I try to open it, I get this error message:

“XLD.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

Mac silicon, OSX 12.5.1

Any ideas?

Since XLD isn't signed with a paid developer ID, OS puts warnings when you run the app for the first time. Please follow the instruction ("If you want to open an app that hasn't been notarized or is from an unidentified developer" section):

Or simply right-click the app icon and choose Open will do the same thing.
