#565 dsf to wavpack results in very low sample/bit rate

Settings - Encoding mode: Lossless

Target: wavpack
sample_rate=88200
bit_rate=3580000

Tested with many different files, the same thing happens every time.
Isn't "lossless" supposed to... well, be lossless?

XLD doesn't support a DSD lossless compression mode of wavpack.
