[XLattice-devel] transport-0.1.1

Released today on Sourceforge.  This adds both blocking and non-blocking
UDP to the transport compoenent.

We will bump the version number to 0.1.2 in CVS, but higher-level
components will continue to use transport-0.1.1 for awhile, at least
until the node-0.1.0 release, due out within the week.
