[XLattice-devel] further fun with CVS

After bringing most XLattice components in sync with Sourceforge CVS,
while attempting to commit the second to last (cpp) I get:

ssh: connect to host cvs.sf.net port 22: Connection refused
cvs [commit aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any)
------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have tried the commit several times with the same results.  :-(
