[XLattice-devel] emergency protocol/stunplus 1.6 release

This release fixes a critical fault in the STUN server. As usual, there
are three files: protocol-0.1.6, stunplus-0.1.6, and stunplus-current. The
first is the source release, the second the binary-only release, and the
third is identical to the second.
