[XLattice-devel] CVS still down

If I browse Sourceforge CVS, I find that changes commited to CVS early
in April are not there.  It appears to be a snapshot of CVS taken
about six weeks ago.

Given these circumstances, it seems sensible to start making weekly
releases for any components actively in development.  We'll start with
the C++ component, cpp.
