first version

this is the first version of xjukebox witch is on cvs, it may work pretty well for serving files with x-chat. commands understood:
@nick for getting your file list
@nick-que to know que status
!nick filename.ext to request a file
@nick-remove [filename.ext] to remove from que

soon i have to make a small doc for getting started using this pluggin.
