#175 scrolling in editor

new interface makes it harder to get to rows. If you
are at the edit form (top of page) and you edit row 90,
you have to scroll all the way down. can we set
anchors or something and tell browser to scroll when
you click buttons? Like edit might take you to the row
anchor and finished might take you back to the top.
