#60 Cash Flow Reports with Balance Rows and Total Column

On the cash flow report the bank account calculations
at the bottom of hte page are gathering balances. when
adding the total column to the report it also totals
these balances. the data is non sensical. adding
together balances just gives inflated numbers. Is
there a way we can get rid of this bad data?

First thought is to have the total row column to see if
a row is a balance row and not display a total. Is
this easy? how does it affect other reports?
