#3 /part command does not work on window

Using /part on the window command line causes the
session to part. But if you attempt to join another
channel on the command line, you will not see any
output from the new channel. The Nick List does not
update the member list of the new channel. However,
if you part the new channel and rejoin the original
channel for the window, then the nick list and the
window work properly.
