#284 Timeout setting for remote calls from unit tests

Not sure if I'm just overlooking this one, but it would be nice if besides the test environment, a timeout could be defined for the call when running the unit tests.

De TargetDescriptor constructor supports it, but the setUp method generated by the function_to_test.xslt template doesn't.

If the option already exists, then the documentation should point this out.
