#18 Request: Convert pasted text to Entities

When pasted text is inserted into values or element
contents, it would be nice for special characters to be
converted to entities. Special characters include <
(&lt;) and & (&amp;). This enhancement removes the
burden of the user having to edit the text, which is
required for well-formedness.
