Yes, I'm talking about the dvd plugin. But the plugin
reads from the raw_fd descriptor. If the rdvd device
doesn't exist then the raw_fd descriptor refers to the
dvd device instead, but the dvd_fd element still isn't
used except for the occasional IOCTL.
