Ever since in xine-lib updated to the last free CVS snapshot of
libfaad2 (20050130), there have been issues with AAC audio, notably 5.1
channel streams being very broken.
I've added Arpi's libfaad2 changes to the in-tree copy. The changes
include minor header changes, a hack for 16-bit sample conversion
to fix 5.1, and some memory allocation changes. Someone should clean
up the conversion stuff, which is quite messy.

This should fix some of the current AAC problems, so please merge at
least that part once it's cleaned up (or before, whatever).
