I don't have the time right now to fix that (especially not to test the
fix, since I don't have any subtitle files), but if you want to do that
1. Move all config options you want to see before the plugin is actually
used to the plugin class context. (Most of them are currently in the
plugin instance context.)
2. Change the plugin type in xine_plugin_info from "PLUGIN_SPU_DECODER"
to "PLUGIN_SPU_DECODER | PLUGIN_MUST_PRELOAD".
