I'm not sure if current dxr3 sources still require this change in the makefile, but this could be your problem. You can change this in the Makefile found in em8300/modules Change line : -DEM8300_AUDIOMODE_DEFAULT=EM8300_AUDIOMODE_ANALOG to : -DEM8300_AUDIOMODE_DEFAULT=EM8300_AUDIOMODE_DIGITALPCM em8300setup can be used to switch to AC3 output with the -3 option. btw: I used a SBlive also and now only use the dxr3 audio output.
