Hi to everyone, >James Courtier-Dutton wrote: >>I think that being able to cross compile xine-lib would be a good step >>forward. >>Please submit any patches to the xine-devel list. Today I started some test about cross compiling, and obviously nothing went good :D In short: 1) when the configure scripts detects cross-compiling, it stop when it tries to run its test against byte ordering and bitfields, i've tried to comment this part out but probably i commented too much, since the configure process ends but next there's no way to compile (it complains about missing include file in the osd nearby) 2) As lib-xine requires z-lib, i needs an ARM-Enabled one, so it's necessary to hack a bit the zlib Makefile in order to make an Arm Compiled Shared Object. Can anyone help about the first point ?
