#36 Show location of xindy modules

Feature request from Lars Madsen, per email at 12 Sep 2006:

In progress output of xindy, it is shown which modules
are loaded. There only relative module names are
output, we should output the full path of system modules.

The aim is that the output module name is a valid file
name, relative to the current working directory of the
caller. The user shall be able to identify if a xindy
module is a system one or a local one.
