A General Mailing List has been created for the Xindice.NET project, a open-source initiative that offers APIs and a set of Tools for interacting with the Xindice database developed by Apache.

Xindice.NET is a new open source project committed to delivering APIs and Tools written in .NET and deployed on the Windows platform for interacting with Apache's native XML database called Xindice!

Version 0.1.0 of Xindice.NET has been released. It contains a standard XML-RPC interface for working with the database directly, both locally and through the web of course.

In Version 0.2.0, we plan on delivering a partial .NET data provider so that you can work with DataAdapters and DataSet's. However, you won't be required to use these interfaces if you don't want.... read more
