Ok, it looks like I'm running into a side-effect of natural mode. The
title is defaulting to "NaturalLabel", which is "first line in the
file"--which appears to mean--"first line we parse which has no
signature". I'd love to have a warning about this! I'll see if I can
fix it in my header.xilinc file.
