#439 XigmaNAS cannot join the Windows Server 2016 domain.

XigmaNAS cannot join the domain.

I have entered correct info into Services-SMB and Access-Active directory. Xigmanas tries to join domain from the Workgroup field and fails.

Result of testjoin
Environment LOGNAME is not defined. Trying anonymous access.
Join to domain 'PPP' is not valid: NT_STATUS_CANT_ACCESS_DOMAIN_INFO

Winbindd Availability
could not ping winbindd!
Ping to winbindd failed

Trust Account Status
could not obtain winbind interface details: WBC_ERR_WINBIND_NOT_AVAILABLE
could not obtain winbind domain name!

Ticket can be closed - it was my mistake in configuration.

Not your mistake. There is broken Samba version bundled with XigmaNAS with winbind that doesn't work without enabled trusted domains . Both 12.2 and 12.3 branches.
