Stable Version in Repository

I just submitted a new XHTML to XForms converter package, which is now labeled version 1.0.
Since there has been no real implementation changes, it was just an organisational update.
Both stylesheets for XSLT 1.0 and 2.0 are now included as well as the test-suite.
