#97 XholonTemplate not up to date

The XholonTemplate is possibly not up to date. Edit the MagicDraw model, and generate an updated template.
- add new params
- in ClassDetails, change Transition to TransitionExternal
- remove PseudostateEntryPoint and PseudostateExitPoint
- etc.

Also:
- add DTD and XSD to CompositeStructureHierarchy.xml
- create a Topcased version of the template
